Janice’s foundation aids in financial help to those with medical issues, after seeing the resourcefulness of the Flagler County community. Grace Harper Foundation fundraises for others who have financial issues while seeking medical treatment for health conditions. Her non-profit organization helps raise money for people with cancer or other health needs. Harper Grace foundation operates in Flagler County, Florida.
