Leadership is all about the human touch
While the pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote working and digitization, it has also demonstrated that, no matter how much we rely on technology, leadership and business are all about the human touch, and that technological advances do not make us better leaders.
Empathy, critical thinking, and ethics are more important than ever in supporting our people and leading our businesses.
While we can’t always plan for unforeseen obstacles, it’s always a good idea to be prepared for as many situations as possible in times of uncertainty.
So, when making your new year resolutions, I urge you to return to your drawing boards and focus on your vision for 2022.
