Analyze your marketing and increase your winners and lose your losers. When we are marketing and advertising, often times, we keep expanding our advertising without analyzing what works and what doesn’t. Run a marketing and advertising analysis, and those areas of advertising that are not making a profit, cut them out. Expand on your marketing and advertising that is working. You will be surprised at how fast your profits increase.
Find cheaper supplies of similar quality. This may not always be easy. Generally, when the cost goes down, so does the quality. Look around for new suppliers that have a similar quality but are cheaper. This will increase your profits fairly quickly.
